I’m Alanna Leabeater, Founder of The Remote Law Clerk and Family Focus Resolution Space. I specialise in expert legal drafting for family law solicitors across Australia, delivering meticulously prepared, court ready documents that reflect a deep understanding of legal principles, procedural compliance, and the realities of legal practice.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Family Dispute Resolution Practice. My work is grounded in both academic rigour and practical experience, developed through years of working closely with legal practitioners navigating complex family law matters.
Through The Remote Law Clerk, I assist family law practitioners and firms with high quality drafting support, including affidavits, submissions, case outlines, proposed orders, and complex correspondence. My documents are known for their precision, clarity, and strategic alignment with case theory.
